From the manic medinas of Marrakech, the cobbled back streets of Rome and fast festival pop-ups, to London’s buzzing West End, fiery China Town kitchens and high-pressure cooking on board a Navy war ship, Mary immerses herself in it all.  Not only experiencing the flavours, spices, speed and excitement of cuisines that have inspired her own recipes but also meeting people who have mastered the art of quick cooking and can teach her some new skills along the way.
